Query about booking

Respected sir /mam,

I have booked recently launched Aakash Ubislate7 tablet on 27 DEC and they send me a confirmation Id as PMD7840CB3EC . they have said to deliver the product in 7 days after booking. but there is no response from the company. I have booked it on their site www.datawind.com.
