I bgt a Compaq notebook from matrix systems changanacherry.after 2 years i had a complaint regarding its video chip set .i approached the servicemen in matrix systems and after taking few weeks time he said the pblm hs bn fixed he charged me 3300 rs for that .when i got the laptop it was serviced without much care leaving screw driver mark here and there and for the worst the same fault occurred after 3 days and i gave it back .the service men told me that the problem cannot be fixed and he said he will try to fix it again and this happened for a couple of times, i got fed up and finally took it to a chip level service center in ernakulam .the guys the told me that a cable connecting the LED's and the DVD drive clamp is missing ..however they managed to fix the problem .i found out that the problem is common with nvidia chip set and i don't blame the vendor but the quality of service and their customer care service is really bad
