I have a hard drive from these folks that they say the power supply failed. As for any help, they are a big goose egg. I have bought about $5000 worth of computer equipment since this failure, and you can bet none of it was made or touched by these folks. I urge anyone else to stay away from Maxtor and when purchasing any computer stuff, make sure these folks didn't put it together. You will regret it because they do not honor any warranty whatsoever.
