I am T.Saraswathy wrote this letter to you for favour of information and request necessary action may be taken against my complaint.
I am administrating the Office which was earlier functioned in the name and style of a ancillary function of the Kaazhi Kadaimadai Farmers Federation being at Head Quarters in Thiruvenkaadu and it to be operated has Mr. Poo Murugesan and it has been previously functioned at Pulivalam, Thiruvarur at Ist floor Opposite to post office Pulivalam and in that office was established one Mr. Sabarimalai S/o. Natarajan, residing at Door No Not known, Maamarathadi, TTP. Main Road, Thiruneipear, Thiruvarur. Agriculturalist has made Agrl. Insurance thorugh him and the said person has initaited and appointed various persons in various categories and they have been appointed only on the basis of service commission only. A large sum was invested in the Agrl. Insurance.
I am investing my money to the tune of nearly Rs. 1 lacs in establishing the office and I have also served as an Administrating Person for the entire establishment. I have not received any salary for my work and now my salary has gone more than Rs. 72, 000/-.
Sir My self and Mr. Sabarimalai has got into an oral agreement that on receipt of the Agrl. Insurance Service charges he has assured to pay the invested amount and then to pay the salary due to me in future.
Now the office is functiong at No.7, Tamil Nagar, Co-operative nagar, Thiruvarur and the said Mr. Sbarimalai has opened in an office in the Name of Aascar Foudation. He has now opened a account in his name in your esteemed branch vice account No. 31707214206 . And in that Account No. within 15 days back more than a sum of Rs. 3 lacs has been credited.
Though at the time of function the Agrl. Insurance scheme this office is functioned at pulivalam the said person is colluded with his superioor and he is try to cheat others and he has received the amount in his personal name and not for the institution name. He is not keeping his promise so far and he has not giving any money due to my laan account or towards my salary and he has freezed the account to a minimum amount. I have enquired about this he says that I have to left out the office and says that if you are able to collect money due to my own way and he has challenged that nobody has to question him.
Sir, the said person has also got an account in the Bank of Baroda at Chennai Branch vide account No./33410100000360. and he operated the account.
Sir he has also got an vehicle loan in the HDFC bank Porur Branch at Chennai and the account No. 03901000042333. I came to know that He has not cleared the dues to the bank and the Rc book is wioth the bank and the vehicle is running in the Area of Thiruneipear, Mamarathadi, may be THe person name has Mr. Karthick. Sir I am the Ex Administator of the office and I came to know all the facts through his own word and I have write this. Sir he is also trying toget loan from the bank in the name of One Mr. K.B. Hemnath and One Miss. S.K. Sandhya And their certificate details will be shown at the time of enquiry. On personal enquiry I have to shown a clear picture how has fraudalently misuse the fund and I request you Sir kindly make necessasry steps and to the accounts status to be inoperated and a detailed enquiry to be made in this regard and then only the funds has been released. Further the previous all the trancsaction in this account the Said Sabarimalai is held responsible.
