Unattending complaint

Sir,

Please refer to my complaint No. 8430591203. The complaint was filed on 28-2. Inspite of my repeated reminders over phone to your customer care the complaint is not resolved. Your techincian from trivandrum service centre inspected the monitor (sync master B 2030) and said some components are to be changed. He obtained my signature and went saying it will be done within 2 days. 2 weeks passed, he hasnt turned up. Nor the service center attend the phone. Again I rang up the custormer care, and i am assured it would be done on that day itself. But nothing has been done. The service department of the company is callously indifferent towards the complaints of the customers? what should a customer like me do, if we purchase your products and these situation arises? kindly be kind enough not to punish the customers like this.
