Myself Manoj Kumar Singh had gone to moserbaer authorised service centre at Accel for replacement of a pendrive since it was not working. But they refused to check it and provide warranty saying that since company has closed its production so they will not give warranty of the pen drive. I had purchased it 2 years ago and it was told to me and as per the company also there is a warranty on the product for 5 years and in case the same model is not available the equivalent model should be replaced with. But no one took response of the same and clearly denied to give service. This is the worst type of service which I have experienced from Moserbaer.
