Hello Everyone,
I just want to alert everyone cuz of my very worst experience that happen to my one year old Samsung Jet (S800)- Smartphone in Mr. Service-Mobile Service Center in chennai.
Actual Problem i faced on my mobile is: My touch screen is not responding suddenly.
Due to the above problem i just went to Mr. Service mobile service center chennai (Nungambaakam), they took my mobile for fix nearly one week after that when i see that that particular problem was fixed but i got some other critical problem which was working fine earlier i.e.(My samsung-Jet is working if onle my mobile is connected to charger), Again i told the problem to the service engineer who working der, they said that my battery get pissoff so if we change the battery means it will work fine. Am also ask them to change my battery after that also the crictical issue is exists. Then they told that we will fix this and give to you by next week.
After one week i asked them they extended the delivery date and finally i got my mobile by last week (After 4 months) but the problem is not yet fixed. They dont have skilled service engineer to fix the issue.
And also reg the customer service its really very very poor. They not even picking up my call and they didnt response in a good manner.
So dont give your costliest phones to them for services. They are not skilled that much (on my personal experience).
