A BLUEBIRD stablizer was got purchased from M/s Snow Cool, Dube ka Parao Tiraha, Agra Road, Aligarh in Feb. The BLUEBIRD has used very thin wire without heatproof sheath (covering) for carrying the 12/24V line passing over the 240 volts connection screws of relays which often warms up.
Due to this manufacting defect above poor quality wire without any sheath used for 12 volt line got warm touching the the 240 volts connection and shorted the whole circuit the complete stablizer. Now both the BLUEBIRD Company M/s Bluebird Power Controls Pvt Ltd., B-71/3, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi – 110052, [email protected] nor the seller dealer M/s Snow Cool, Dube ka Parao Tiraha, Agra Road, Aligarh are replacing/repairing the stablizer. My investment of Rs.7, 800 have gone waste
