Staff behavior, envelopes were empty

Dear Sir / Madam,

we have been to track on courier in thane (mumbai), We have trited very badly, then after

they accepted our 4 couriers, & now we are getting the calls from our 2 customers saying that the courier was empty received, n 1 customers is saying that i did not received it coz the parcel was opened, & till now 1 Customer have not received anything
