I mailed online partial software which to be completed by ritesh khandelwal director of the company on agreed price of rs.10000/- for which 30% advance payments deposited immediate after his commitments to complete the software in 8 days.
on asking after 8 days he not picked the phone and when i called from other phones he misbehaved and still not completed the software.
this is totally online fraud for which i already made payments to him... either he should refund my money alongwith my losses or the police complaint will be lodged against him.
