I purchased a laptop (Compaq 610) from the Achiever Infotech on 24/9.
i) I had the option of screen size 13.1" maximum, 3GB of RAM, 320GB of HDD, preinstalled original OS.
But Achiever Infotech's Mr. Anurag Mishra sent that (Compaq 610) laptop to my home which has 15.6" of screen size, with free DOS OS. When I complained about the screen size and OS he argued with me. And he made an AMC of Rs.1750/- for 1 year.
In the mean time Windows 7 had been released, and I contacted Mr. Anurag Mishra to Change my OS with Windows 7, which he agreed to do at the time of purchase the laptop, but slapped a charge of Rs.750/- for that on the month of October. But after 30 days the screen gone blank as the OS was not activated. That means a complete cheating he has done as AMC covers the installation charges, and his copy of Windows 7 was an inactivated one. When I informed him about that, he again argued with me that his copy was activated and Original.
In the period of AMC, my laptop's power cord has gone defective and I report Mr. Mishra to take my power cord from my home as being an AMC customer, and he agreed to send his service engineer to my home on the day of 26/4. But till date his service engineer has not come to my home, and he (Mr. Mishra) is not respoding my call when I am calling from my own mobile no., but from other no. he is responding but unfortunately he cannot recognise me and tells, "I don't know Mr. Priyonko Das". That means he is still cheating me.
Please suggest me what to do for all these. From the very 1st day he is cheating with me, and still now in the case of power cord repairing he is not responding as his Rs.1750/- had been received at the same day of purchasing. Please help me.
