I was an emplyee of M/s Advansys India Pvt Ltd Hingewadi Pune. I have not been paid 50 % of salary since june . we were told that the same will be paid within a couple of months but till date there is no action on the same. Mr Pankaj Balwani the MD (owner) has been least ffected by any type of slump in this business but our families (all employees, around 25 individuals) are suffering from this non payments.
many of us havre left but we want our hard earned money for which we are knocking all concerned lbour departments to get our balance salary and PF as soon as possible.
