I Nidhi Bahal have been using broadband service since many days and from last few months my usage charges have been highly rated or what which has resulted in uneven billing amounts for a consecutive two months, i.e. for the month of October and November.
Nevertheless in order to escape the unwanted formalities and delays i ended up paying both the bills and accordingly shifted the plan, but the excess billing amounts are not going to be refunded to me.
hence forth I request You to kindly order for the balance or the incorrect refunds in my case.
My broadband BSNL service is from the particular area,
Uttarpara Exchange,
Hoogly (district)
in West Bengal.
