Nova IT computer
BSNL orissa cuttack

Hi,

I am from Siddheswarpur BSNL Exchange (near kandarpur) under Cuttack sadar. We brought NOVA IT computer on adv. of bsnl personnel

for internet connection purpose.

3/4 month back, we brought this computer.nobody comming for instalation.my father went the office so many

time, even if they are connected cable connection also.my father age is 64.they are cheating us.

how many days it will take for cable connection, not telling clear.

my Question

&&&--

(1) if they have no cable connection, why they ask for buy the comp.and assure for internet connection.

(2) now they are telling, they can not instal becouse they comp. manufacture comp. no more exist.

what will do now.

give our money back or return the comp. provided by bsnl.

(3) we believe bsnl, because it govt. organisation.if they do like this, what is believe to private comp.?
