I am bit stuck with my current job. Can anyone help me to come out?
First of all, I have signed up with my current employer for 1 year bond, and I have completed 2 years with them now. I haven't get my certificates back till now.
What shall I do to get them back? I am being abused by a lot of bad words and shift problems, I am really fed up with it.
The current notification time is 45 days, what if I want to get relieved before that? They are saying that I will need to pay 50000RS to do so, I just want to know is that a policy thing which vary upon the company or is that a global employee employer rule, where I can pay just for those 45 days and get myself relieved?
They are also threatening me that my future employer will not going to get a good feedback from them If I drop a notification when the project is currently going. What shall I do to take care of all these?
Really fed up with all these and can't manage myself calm down. Its just stressing me inside.
