Our company had Purchsed Three ACER MAKE Desk Top model V193HQD from the authorized dealer in Goa Namely The DELTA TECHNOLOGIES on 23rd October
On 29th July one of the PC Bearing Sr No AWV38GT4009424249LE stopped Functioning we contacted the dealer but he refused to give service saying that he doesnot have manpower to do so and secondly the place is far off hence he will not be in a position to give me the service.
We than lodged the repair complaint with ACER. The Case ID given to us was 100715151 dated 30th July. We again Contacted the dealer and Requested to send the engineer to our Unit but we got Fake reply that the persons are on thier way but no persons reported to our unit for repairs
Even after contacting the ACER Customer Care we could not get a satisfactory answer from them. If the Case ID is Registerd ACER should have a systme of getting the feedback from the dealer on the status and inform the same to the Customer.
Being a Manufacturing Unit and a 100% EOU our work is delayed due to This Stoppagesince all our assembly designs are stored in this unit.
If the place was far off the Vendor should have thought off while proposing the product and should have informed us that service will not be provided for the same. ACER should look into the matter if not we will be forced to take upo the issue with the redressal forum of Goa for Not providing the service during the warranty Period.
