Made an advance payment for tablet but not yet received it

Dear sir,

My booking id is: PENT00150193, I have made payment for the tablet in PNB on 14-06, and got confirmation mail on 16-06.

But until today I had not received any delivery nor any further information on the delivery of the product, I should have got my tab in 5-6 days as promised, its been 19 days please look into the matter.

I even send them four mails enquiring about the delivery of tablet but not received any reply from them.
