My name is Mr dharmesh sanghani and i have purchased sony vaio laptop 5 years back and till today i was very happy in using it and just before 15 days it stopped working so i gave it to authorised sony service centre at PARSHWA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD but they people are telling me everyday that today or tommorrow we will inform you about this and they are so careless in service that i am frustrated like any thing... sony product is best and their service is just third class... so please from last 15 days they are having my laptop and they have not done anything in it they are just giving every time stupid answers onlyy... they are promising to call but they dont do... from last so many days they are telling me that we will let you know by today evening only and they are so irrrisponsible about their duty that next day they willl give me the same answer. my contact number is 9898487488
