Hi I am Sanat B. Vindhara Proprietor of M/s. Shiva Enterprises and cheated by Fraud Rajesh Nagji Nisar & Family. They are running crockery shop with name of "manish collection" at shop No.6A, Panjrapole Compound, Madhav Bhag, cp tank, charniroad, mumbai. All three are equally involved to cheat people, Fraud Rajesh Nagji Nisar, his son Purav and his wife smita. We lost Amount Rs. 5, 00, 000/-
Modes Operandi:- First they will order small quantity of computer parts for about a One lack rupees and they will even clear the first small cheque. Now their actual game starts. they will order little big quantity of computer parts and they will also give you advance cheque and immediately they will place one more big order more than 8 lack Rs. believing their advance cheque (which they already gave during second order to take the dealer in to confidence and placed the third order immediately on the same day) will fulfill his order. Next day when we deposit the cheque in bank, it will get dishonored after two days, then they will keep on telling a number of nonsense reasons just like a film story. They have cheated more then 20 to 25 Victims like me.
Indian rules and regulations are not strict enough to punish these people. These cheaters take advantage of our law- loopholes. Court had granted non bailable warrant against Rajesh nisar and he was arrested and kept in jail for 45 days, then how come he got released on Cash Bail that we don't knows.
