I have purchased a hp pavilion dv2002 on 29th september.i have registered for the gift (ipod) & sent Rs.500.00 to hp redemption cell by 10th october.my redemption code: EL02K2ROP5.many times i asked for the gift but all in vain. I was just assured that the gift will be delivered soon. I registered a complain to hp. Than call came from the cell for the confirmation of address. But till now the gift is not delivered!
