i have taken a configurred desktop computer on 7th Feb from Mr. Biswajit, M.D., Alfa Software Development Company Pvt. Ltd.(registetred under ISO 9001).but he took price of some commodities tose are more than m.r.p.
when i told it to him (mr. biswajit) he made me understood that he purchased these items from Mr. Avick Bose, Invoice Centre, 13/B camak Street, Kolkta and Mr. Bose did not eager to sell the commodities of old lot at the old price instead he sold these at a higher price as the new lot's.but so far as i know no commodities can be sold at higher price than m.r.p.
mrp of intel desktop motherboard-Rs.3900/-
he taken from me-Rs.4897/-
mrp of i'ball key board and mouse-Rs.775/-
he taken from me-Rs.850/-
though smps is an integral part of the cabinet, he imposed Rs.450/- on it and no debate was given on umax soundbox of Rs.375/-
no additional 'FREE' commoditiy is given though generally on such marketing many-a-things are given as 'FREE'
please sir do an action on it.
