I am a partner with net4india and facing lots of problem in domain related services and mainly in domain transfer out. given are few things that net4 will repeat every time and get smart business by lingering in services.
1. there is no facility in net4 india for domain locking and unlocking
2. net4 will lock your domain in last 45 days of expiry. (most people transfer out their domain in this period)
3. if you submit tt for unlocking and auth code. they will give you response that action was taken for your safety. (most partners manage lost of domains and know their safety very well)
4. you will get wrong auth code several time. (that will delay your transfer)
5. if your auth code is correct, your domain will be locked again (that will stalled your transfer).
6. if your domain is unlocked and auth code is correct. transfer process will start and your transfer will be rejected or denied on last day of transfer for no reason. this will happen at least three times. (again delay of 3 weeks).
7. you can resolve your transfer out with the help of icann, registry ind, and nixi. (but after lots of tts and time wasting your 45 days will passed and you will not take risk for domain expiry of your client. you have to go for renewal).
