Problem in within warranty

Good morning,

Yesterday one service technician came and seen the Arise battery and 10 numbers of distal water bottles. After his observation he told this is dry run problem. Now please make your judgement based on the following data I have:

Date of purchasing: 07/06

Warranty: 18 months

Number of complaint : 03

Number of distal water bottle used: 10

Please give me your reply as soon as possible by mail because my family is facing the problem (summer is on peak already and light problem in night) and for further actions.
