I am a customer of Arunachal Gas Agency, Othakadai, Madurai (Tamil Nadu). I am a regular customer in that agency Customer No.13295 Name. Biswaroop Karmakar, I am served in armed force. I had book the Gas cylinder on. 19.07.2011 but after one month i asked the agency member at Arunachal Gas Agency office "why you cannot deliver the cylinder to my home but thay told to me i did not know about this and your gas booking is cancelled and angrely say with use the fourth language.
Sir i request to, you please inform to Gas agency and solicite reply to me. Thank You.
