Non supply of gas cylinde

Sir/Madam,

My Name is Anand Shukla (Resident of 99, Dhaka, Delhi-09). My Indiane Gas consumer No is 027661.I had booked the cylinder on 11/3 via booking no-5870 and was promised delivery within three days. But even after SIX days cylinder is not supplied.

Besides this the person attending the phone Mr Sunil is not sure when the supply would be given.

Please suggest the remedy and appropriate action
