Not getting gas cylinder even after 10 days of booking

I have shifted my gas agency to Bangalore Gas Agency BTM Layout, as I moved to Bannerghatta Road, 3 years ago.

I can book a refill ONLY after 30days of taking last cylinder, and they delivers a cylinder ONLY after 10 days of booking, making it 40 days to get one cylinder

My one cylinder runs for 20 days, in 6 members house, and I cannot book next refill for next 10 days, and will get another cylinder after 20 days.

I have double cylinders, but with this policy, this is of no use

I'm facing this problem only after shifting to this agency, earlier i used to get a refill within 3 days of booking

Can you pls help me, what I can do in this regard?
