I am a resident of E-106, Parsvnath Majestic Indirpura. Basundhara Properties had been looking after the maintenance of our society till last two years. the contract was given to other company in 09. Basundhara Properties had to refund our security deposit of Rs.20, 000/- which was with it. despite repeated reminder via e-mail, the requisite amount is yet to be received by us. we have come to know that residents of A & B blocks of our socity have been given cheques immediately after the maintenance agency moved out of our society. ours being E Block, which is last block in the society, was to given cheque subsequently. the cheque is yet to be delivered to us. i shall be grateful if my complait is redressed thorough this forum.
