Non delivery of gas and not picking up of phones

We have transferred our gas aconnectin from RT Nagar Bharat Gas to Basaweshwara Gas Agency, Yelahanka Satellite Town, Bangalore. This is the third time we have booked a cylinder and are facing the same problem. They never deliver on time till we visit their gas agency and never pick up their phone (always engaged). We booked gas through internet on the 15/01 but till now it has not been delivered. Am unbale to contact them through phone.
