Dear Sir
I am consumer of Bharat Gas LPG Domestic Cylinder having consumer ID J11228, My local distributor is M/s Jagdeep Agencies, 100 Feet Road, Bathinda. I have booked cylinder on 18/11/10, but till date I have not recd cylinder, while I visit there to get the same by hand, they said there is shortage of gas pls visit again & before 8:00 AM. The same is being happening from last 3-4 days. I am visiting the agency but reply is same that the GAS is over now pls visit again.
The staff behavior is also very rude; the executive name Kuldeep used abusive language while asked for the reason for delay
So are requested to take matter on priorty & get it resolved
