I am a Bahart Gas customer affiliated to Ulhasnagar agency 'Harjas Gas Agency'. They employ all sorts of delaying tactics in delivering the refills. We have just one cylinder and still they deliver the refill in 2 days and sometimes beyond. When we ask of them to provide us with one additional cylinder, they even refuse that.
I don't know what to do. I tried lodging complaint via Bharat Gas official side, but it refuses to submit the same without providing any error message. Hope this forum conveys my message to this insensitive company.
