Not supplied the Gas and no proper response

Dear Sirs,

Our Consumer No. 36424 with Rakhi Gas Service, Singanallur. (in my father's name). Recently we have shifted to this Agency from Ponkaliamman Gas Services, Ganapathy. We have booked for the gas cylinder on 15th December to your office on phone, but they have not recorded the same.(The reason they told us that since the power cut was there, they promised that they will take it manually.) That we knew on 23rd December, when we contacted for follow up, they say it has not been recorded and now only they can book and it will take another 1 week time. But even after 14 days they have not supplied the gas with our vigorous follow up. So, this is a second occasion this is happening. The persons attending the phone are also not responding properly, as if we are begging with them. So, we request you kindly take stern action against the Agents and arrange to supply the Gas immediately with out fail. We are a joint family living with my 87 year old father and a Sister (Un married), Sister who is sick.my wife and two children. So, I hope that you will take suitable action immdiately.
