I had booked 2 refills with my distributor at dockyard on 21 Oct. till today they have not supplied the gas even though I am ringing them up daily and they are promising me that it would be delivered in the evening. this is a constant problem with this dealer and i suspect he is selling my connection gas to other unauthorised individuals. this suspicion of mine was due to me getting a gas delivery 2 months back even when i had not booked any gas. what measures do we havE to bring these individuals who openly flaunt rules and law to book.
