My name is Kesh Singh and my consumer no. is 17481 with Nihal Gas Agency located at mayur vihar-II.
i have booked gas for refillling on 10th Jan through the phone booking (011-25517177). booking was confirmed by booking no. 5775743. after 10 days the filled cylinder was not delivered at our home, so i register a complaint on 22 jan (complaint no. 40008784). they assure me that the cylinder will delivered in 2 days and my complaint will be resolve. but today (27 jan) yet i have not received the filled cylinder and my complaint is still pending. i called to the bharatgas helpline nos but they said that no complaint was made against my consumer no. so i have registered complaint once again (complaint no. 3215816).
i have faced these problems so many times previously so kindly look into this matter seriously.
