Cylinder not received after 20 days of booking

There is no accountability here.there is not one but multiple complaints.

- there phone line is permanently busy, I think they keep the phone down.

- when u go to them personally, they are free not doing anything.

- they say they will deliver the cylinder in 7-8 days, but they never deliver, untill u give them a personal visit.

- there is absolutely no accountability at this location.

My complaint is very similar to the complaint of other consumer at the same location. I hope some action is taken against them.
