Dears Bharat Gas Org-
My grand mother, Shrimati. Srimanti Alagonda Patil [Bharat Gas consumer no- 019443], she lives alone with no full time assistance. She has a single cylinder at home and faces refilling/delivery delays every month.
I am requesting this complaint on her behalf, can't do much because I tried calling agency several times but ended the call with same answers that they will deliver it today/tomorrow. I feel bad for the kind of service a company like Bharat Gas provided to senior citizens, that to on freedom fighter's family.

Status as on 6-Nov = Shortage/ will delivery today/tomorrow etc etc
I would appreciate someone from Bharat Gas looking at this on priority, would wait for a positive response to this ASAFP,
