The staffs of Munusamy Agency, Bharat Gas agency in 100 ft road, velachery are too hostile to bear with. They just illtreat customers as though we r their servants and we have no rights to put further questions other than giving our customer number. They howl at us or cut the line in the mid of a conversation if we tend to ask any further details. I dont understand how people just put up with such irresponsible insensitive staffs and how bharat gas company per se does not look into such issues as it brings a bad reputation to the parent company, leave alone the dealer. its high time authorities take action.
