Non delivery of LPG gas cylinder inspite of booking on regular basis

Sir,

I am a consumer of Bharat Gas (M/S KALAPANA GAS AGENCY, PC MITTAL BUS STAND, SEVOKE ROAD, SILIGURI). My consumer number is 2395. I had booked for a gas refilling on 11th of april. The gas agency promised to deliver the cylinder within 10 days of booking date. Till date i.e. 3rd May they have failed to deliver the same inspite of regular reminder personally at the office and on phone. The last time they delivered the cylinder was on 15th March. This has been a regular thing for the past few years. I am a service holder and it is not possible for me to take leave and visit the gas agency to remind them. The agency proprioter puts forward silly excuses every time I approached the office. This is causing a lots of inconvinence at home in my kitchen. More over people have been complaining of black marketting the LPG gas cylinders by the gas agency.

Please do the needful so that such problem does not rise in future.
