Delay in supplying lpg
I am a consumer of Indian Oil gas. My consumer no.is 2034. The gas distributer's name is Bhende Gas Agency, opp. Ramkrishan Math, Congress Nagar. Nagpur The Distributor is not supplying cylinders in time. Approximately 30 to 40days time is taking by the distributor to supply gas. Lastly I have booked for the L.P.G cylinder on 20.01.2011 but they did not give any Registration No. As the distributor did not suplly the cylinder till 26.03. I have requested the Officer in charge of the Indane gas on 18.02.2011 over the telephone to look in to the matter. They told me the cylinder had been delivered on 10.02.2011. But I have not yet received the cylinder after a period of 60 days is elapsed from the date of booking of the cylinder. I therefore request to do the needful to enquire in the matter and to get the L.P.G cylinder as early as possible.
