Myself Suman, I am a customer of Bhumika Indane Gas Service, Khanna Nagar, Loni, Ghaziabad (U.P.). Our gas agency does not book a cylinder before expiry of 25 days of delivery of previous gas cylinder and then does not deliver a cylinder before 15 days of booking. Effectively, it does not deliver a fresh gas cylinder before expiry of 40 days of previous supply. This agency also does not give any booking number on booking a gas. I have already booked a gas on 23/09 and yet to get a delivery of it. Can anyone please help us to get over this, every month hassle.
