They will sell you cheap Chinese stuff (and some pieces from Firozabad), at sky high rates and once you have paid up, they dont know you. Try going back to them with a problem in the lights and the responses from these cheats are like 'we didn't ask you to buy from us, you bought on your own', 'we did not ask you to not to test the lights before you pay', 'no we wont give you your money back, you can exchange for some other models (that are priced much higher)' and such like.
I unfortunately bought wall lights from them and chose the model from those displayed on the shop walls. That liar of a shop keeper told me that all the pieces he had taken out for me were perfect and will accept 20w CFL bulbs comfortably. I still decided to open the cartons and check the shades and of the 8 lights that I bought, 5 shades were faulty (imperfect glass). I made them dig out the right stuff (cause I was paying him what he was asking for) and when I reached home and tried to fix CFL bulbs in the holders, the CFL bulbs protruded out of the shades. What he sold me was definitely not what was on display (it just looked similar), because when I went back to them I carried the CFL bulb along and tested it on the light on display (at the shop). It fit very well there. Obviously he just palmed off some stock to me, that looked similar to what I had chosen.
When I asked him to replace, he said he has only a few models in stock, and as expected of him all of these models were priced twice as much as what I had bought earlier. When I told him that what he was doing was not right and I wanted my money back, the answer was "we did not ask you to buy from us. we dont refund money". That son of a b**** just cheated me of my money. I told him that he was behaving unlike a shop owner in Khan market (a market place that serves the elite lot that stay around there) and the stupid look on his face only made him look like a weasel (which he is).
I had no choice but to buy something cheap and pay some more money to these b******* (as the difference in price). To top that I had to drive his office boy all the way to their warehouse in Kotla to pick the stuff (the other option was to wait at his shop for 2 hours for the stuff to arrive). I even told him that I trusted them and what they said about the lights when I bought them; he had some mumbling to do at that.
Beware of these cheats. Think twice before you buy from Bohemia Lights. And if you still do buy from them, check every bit of stuff yourself (don't go by what that fraudster says). In all likeliness you will get a better price, product and customer service if you buy from elsewhere.
