I HAD CHANGED MY BROADBAND PLAN FROM SPEED COMBO 1111 TO UL COMBO 900 IN WHICH THE SPEED IS 4 MBPS.THE PLAN HAS CHANGED BUT IAM STILL NOT GETTING THE 4 MBPS.IAM GETTING THE OLD PLAN SPEED. I HAD COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS THREE TIMES IN THE CUSTOMER CARE IVRS AND ALSO IN GANAPATHY EXCHANGE CUSTOMER CARE, AND ALSO TO MR.GANESAN
(JE) GANAPATHY EXCHANGE.BUT THERE IS NO ACTION TAKEN FOR IT. I WANT TO KNOW WHERE SHOULD I COMPLAINT FOR THIS AND HOW OR WHEN IS MY PROBLEM GOING TO SOLVED.
