Any person who raises such a complaint should be bold enough to reveal his identity. As a representative of the Company i have several times sent e-mail to this guy by name raj, who has not responded. The Company is receptive to customer feedback, which help attending to their needs and at the same time do better.
Please avoid misusing a good medium for unfair practices.
