I am a subscriber of BSNL Land line at KARUNAGAPPALLY KOLLAM. My phone (04762625508) is not working since last 27 days. I am working in KUWAIT, In my house at PUTHIYAKAVU My Wife and children’s alone at there. Only the way to contacting my family from KUWAIT through BSNL land phone 30days back my wife complained and daily reminded to BSNL, KARUNAGAPPALLY. But no response fro

m their side. Please consider my complaint and take immediate action at the earliest.
