Connection Failure of Land Line

Dear Sir,

I here by inform you that my BSNL Land line connection against the number 0468-2254268 is not working since last 20 days. And we had informed your Kaipattoor exchange Office several times, but nobody came here for any inspection or any checking for the certain repairing. It is very bad practice of your concerned engineers to avoid our complaints. And so I am writing this complaint and once again request you to kindly give instructions to your engineers to check out the problems and get back our phone in working condition./
