My name is Mr. E. Kannappan, i am the one of the subscriber of the BSNL Telecom. My land line number is 0422-2634808. My land line have not work since last four months. I have already complained to the relevent officers [PAPAMPATTI EXCHANGE, SULUR AND SIVANANTHA COLONY] but they refused to give right answer. But have duly paid the all bills, i dont know why they do not rectify my complain. please sir/madam take neccesary steps on my complaint. If they shall not give the service please refunding my paid bills amount (during the fould period bill amount).
