Hello sir i am a responsible citizen i have seen sevral places "BIJALI CHORI BIJALI AAPURTI KO BADHIT KARTI HAI" I have seen in Khajoori Khas Village (Rampal Karahana Wali Gali) in this Gali many house owner's make a jugad for electricity theft.

i would like to punish every person who is theft the electricity,
