Respected sir, this is to inform you that as per our requirement for L.P.G gas cylinder we had already booked by telephone for delivery of gas cylinder at our home premises no.-14/1/1K Asgar Mistri Lane, Kolkata - 700046. to Carco gas distributors of Radhanath Chowdhury road under the booking no.- 213592 dt.- 25.8.11. Our Consumer no.- TS17973 named - Souranshu Roy. But despite of the booking on the aforesaid date and number the distributor did not delivered the gas cylinder in time instead they have given us another booking no.- 21893 dt.- 9.9.11 when we approached them today (9.9.11). So we are lodging this complain for harrasment in non-delivery of our gas cylinder so that necessary steps can be taken in this regards.
