Non delivery of the products inspite of paying for the same

I, Dr Sandhya Dubey, a customer from Raipur, Chhattisgarh, purchased the products mentioned above from Hometown, Vikhroli West, Mumbai. But it was not delivered at the right time inspite of paying for the same in cash. I am very much disappointed by their careless service.

I request the management department of the shop to send the above mentioned products to my address given below as soon as possible. The details regarding the bill are also mentioned below.
