We have received call from one person, he says himself as police commissioner (retd), looking after purchase in Govt department of jammu and kashmir.
he is looking for bulk qty of carpets, and the payment term is 50%advance and balance when you deliver the goods.
the fishy thing is that he is looking for supplier who make DD for Rs.28, 260 and send him with the quotation.
We would request our associate manufacturers and exporters to be beware of this new pattern of fraud.
