Improper Distribution of Wate

Respected Sir,

Inspite of our repeated requests/complaints we are not getting water. Ten days has elapsed, no water, even no hard water. Parallel lane to our lane is getting 24 hrs. water but we are without a single drop of water. Whole day we work in the office and whole night we have to wake up for water. but no water. Pl. do something so that we can also get water like the parallel lane. We fetch the water from the near about areas for daily use.
